With the announcement of our introduction to the NFT marketplace and the countdown to our first drops having begun (June 3rd, 2pm est.), it’s time to dive a little deeper into the fold of what’s to come. If you’re reading this article, there’s probably a chance that you’ve read NFTs, But Make It Fashion, so we will assume that you have a basic understanding of who Boysterous Couture is and what our ambitions are in entering the blockchain. Though, we want you to have more than a basic understanding. So in this article, we will do our best to enlighten you in knowing what to expect from us as we advance our brand and product through this platform. We’ll try to keep it short & sweet.
First, we’ll explain a bit more specifically about the NFTs that will be coming out of the first three pack releases (Alligator X, Stingray Gold, & Stingray Diamond), and the inspiration & innovation behind them.
Second, we’ll impart on some of the implications, utilities, and benefits of owning some of Boysterous’ most fashionable NFTs.
Then we’ll categorically detail the differences in moments & tokens and the likely percentages of you receiving the minted versions of each.
And finally, we will disclose a little bit about future NFT releases and what to expect from us.
Let’s start with what these NFTs are really made of. The beautiful thing about a non-fungible platform is that creative freedom and flexibility is limitless. We can make whatever the f*ck we want. And we love making beautiful things. Since the beginning, Boysterous has been inspired by the collaboration between art, fashion, innovation and nature. We endeavor to incorporate each of these elements in all that we create. You will find, in our couture designs, the use of natural materials such as shell, wood, leather, and precious stones & metals. While making and designing these original works of art is fulfilling in itself, we also have a passion for composition and storytelling too- which is expressed through our imagery and in capturing moments in time.
In using the same alchemy that makes up the whole of our vision, we have created something truly special in the form of NFTs for our premier pack releases. We’ve combined our penchant for art, fashion, and nature to produce exclusive NFTs that we will refer to distinctively from here as moments and tokens.
Moments refer to the dynamic imagery, including photography and cinematography that epitomizes the story of the Boysterous brand. In each of the packs, you will have the opportunity to own, as NFTs, some of the most influential moments in the development of Boysterous’ brand and identity.
Bronze Version Of A Boysterous Studio Moment NFT
Tokens refer to digital representations and variations of the handmade NFTs that are made of the natural materials that can also be found in our couture designs. The handmade tokens, by design, will be much more scarce than the moments that are to be found in the pack releases. Among these tokens, you will be pleased to find representations and scenes, made with fine natural materials such as pearl, black walnut, and exotic leathers, that are inspired by themes that motivate our creative process. We are confident that you will catch onto those themes soon, if you haven’t already.
Gold Version Of A Boysterous Token NFT
Another beautiful aspect of the NFT platform is that it keeps on giving. And we plan to reciprocate that benevolence. While again, we feel fulfilled with our creative outlets, we are also kept motivated and inspired through those that support and appreciate our vision. We consider that support in everything we do. So to requite our loyal supporters and collectors, we plan to incorporate rewards and benefits for those that hold specific NFTs. And depending on the particular NFT mint one holds, some rewards and benefits will be more sublime than others. You can look forward to bonus NFTs, exclusive releases, event invitations, and physical redemption of some of our most debonair designs. We will also be incorporating one of the most exciting developments in benefits that come with holding and collecting our NFTs: Staking. In collaboration with Onessus & VOID, each NFT that Boysterous mints will have options for the holder to stake, lend, and burn Boysterous NFTs for opportunities in receiving VOID cryptocurrencies & upgrading for more exclusive NFTs.
Okay, now here is where we are going to get a lot more specific about the variations and mints of our NFTs, and the likelihood of you getting your hands on something extremely special.
First, let’s recap the variant levels & scarcities of mints for all NFTs that will be introduced in our first pack releases:
Diamond: The lowest minted variant. Meaning the opportunity to pull a Diamond minted NFT from a pack is low, because there will be very little variations made.
Gold: The second lowest minted variant.
Platinum: The third lowest minted variant.
Bronze: The fourth lowest variant.
Pearl: The most abundant variant. Meaning the opportunity to pull a Pearl minted NFT from a pack is higher than all of the other variants.
As mentioned earlier, there will also be a difference in scarcities between the Moments & Tokens. And while we’re on the subject, take note that the opportunity to pull lower mints and the more elusive tokens are variable among the different packs that are to be released. Here, we will layout the exact percentages and chances of receiving a particular variant of NFT, both among moments and tokens, specifically in the Alligator X pack release:
Alligator X: There will be a total of ten base cards with multiple variants of each minted for the pack. Of the ten, three will include some of the tokens mentioned above, and seven will include some of the moments mentioned above. Each of the three handmade token NFTs will have two versions (Dark & Light) and each version will have five minted variations (Diamond, Gold, Platinum, Bronze, & Pearl). Each of the seven Boysterous moments will have five minted variations- the same variants of Diamond to Pearl. And although there are TEN unique base cards that are to be minted, only FOUR will be randomly selected to be included in any Alligator X pack.
Here is the percentage breakdown of the variance of the moments that will be included in both the Alligator X pack release:
- Diamond: 3%
- Gold: 5%
- Platinum: 8%
- Bronze: 10%
- Pearl: 19%
Here is the breakdown of the percentages that make up the variance of the tokens that will be included in the Alligator X pack release:
Dark Version:
- Diamond: 1%
- Gold: 3%
- Platinum: 6%
- Bronze: 9%
- Pearl: 12%
Light Version:
- Diamond: 1%
- Gold: 2%
- Platinum: 4%
- Bronze: 7%
- Pearl: 10%
We hope the above breakdown gives you a better understanding of what to expect and what to look forward to as you prepare for your introduction to collecting the Boysterous NFTs in the Alligator X pack release. As mentioned earlier, the percentages and the likelihood of receiving specific variations of tokens and moments will change with each pack release. It’s also important to note that the tokens and moments will be distinctly unique to each pack release. Meaning, once a pack sale has ended, the contents and NFTs released in the packs will never be minted again.
Lastly, we will end on another exciting development in what to expect for the future of Boysterous NFTs: redeemable products. We can’t yet say when, but we will say that you can expect to see some of our couture, designed specifically for the blockchain to be verified and authenticated, to be available to the market sooner rather than later.
